In sixth grade, as the students enter Junior High, they are beginning to set the example as leaders of the school. In their classes they learn about the Old Testament, ancient civilizations, and much more. They are adding onto their writing and math knowledge in their ELA and Math classes. Technology is used daily in most subjects so students can express what they are learning in different forms. The students work on exciting and informative projects throughout the year that they are happy to share with the school community.
Seventh grade students are inquisitive and energetic. As they strive for independence, they develop a sense of pride in accomplishments and an awareness of the challenges facing them. This year students engage in discussion and learn to express and support their opinions on a variety of topics including morality and current events. Our students are challenged in faith to become leaders in the school community as they take on an active role as service-oriented individuals and role models for younger students.
